1 General, scope of the terms and conditions

1.1 All deliveries and authorizations based on the general terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as “GTC”).

1.2 The contractual partner is [Blue Skin GmbH, Hummelbach 34B, Petr Asim ].

1.3 Hereinafter "customer". Consumers in the sense of the terms and conditions are personal persons who belong to contracts for a purpose to which neither their commercial nor their own workforce can be attributed to the owners.


2 Conclusion of the contract, formation of the contract

2.1 Our offer is binding. With your correct admission, you accept our right to conclude a contract. The contract is concluded when our correct ones are sent to us. You will receive an order confirmation by email.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.


Consequences of withdrawal


If you call this contract more broadly, we give you all the rights that we have received from you, the delivery costs, which you received a different type of delivery than the one offered by us, the most demanding standard delivery), have not passed and at the latest within fourteen Days from the day on which the notification of our cancellation of this contract belongs to us. 2. Exclusion of the right of withdrawal


The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:


Contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer,

Contracts for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would quickly be exceeded,

Contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery,

Contracts for the delivery of goods if they were inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature,

Contracts for the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal was removed after delivery,

Contracts for the delivery of newspapers, magazines or magazines with the exception of subscription contracts,

Contracts for the provision of services in the areas of accommodation for purposes other than residential purposes, transport of goods, vehicle rental, delivery of food and beverages and the provision of other services in connection with leisure activities, if the contract provides for a specific date or period for the provision.

6 prices and shipping costs

All prices include statutory VAT plus shipping costs. We deliver with [DHL, UPS etc.] or another provider of our choice.


7 delivery conditions

7.1 We only deliver within Germany.

8 Terms of Payment

8.1 Payment can be made either in advance by bank transfer, credit card (VISA, Mastercard), by instant transfer, by direct debit or on account.

We reserve the right to exclude individual payment methods.

10 liability

We have unlimited liability for intent and gross negligence and in accordance with the provisions of the Product Liability Act. In the event of slight negligence, we are liable for injuries to life, limb and health of people.

In other cases we are only liable for slight negligence in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations. Essential contractual obligations are those whose fulfillment enables the proper execution of the contract and on whose compliance the contractual partner relies. Liability in the event of a breach of such an essential contractual obligation is limited to typical contractual damage, which we had to reckon with when the contract was concluded due to the circumstances known at that time. This limitation of liability also applies in favor of our vicarious agents.
